Our Returns Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase however if you aren’t completely satisfied please get in touch!

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned products must be in new, perfect condition, with any original packaging. Used or items damaged by customer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once we have received the information, we will issue a returns code to you via email which has to be included in the package with the item you are returning to us. Please also include your original receipt. You will be issued a full refund upon receipt of the goods
Earrings/cosmetics/underwear are non-returnable.
You may also return items to our Exeter store but they will need to have been authorised with a returns code in order to do so.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of postage, and please ensure you have appropriate insurance when returning valuable items. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Taxes incurred when returning shipped items from overseas, to be covered by the customer.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days, but during busy times this may take a little longer. However we will aim to keep you fully informed and will confirm by email once the refund has been processed.
ANY GIFT VOUCHERS OR STORE CREDIT IS VALID FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS
Standard Delivery & Costs
UPS (3-5 working days)
- All our orders are sent via UPS but please allow 3-5 days for us to pack and ship your order.
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
Cancellation Of Order
You have the right to cancel your order but if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse it will not be possible for us to stop the shipment. You will need to follow our standard returns procedure – contact email@example.com for further information on how to do so.
